Scenic styling, lounges, custom bars, signage, chandeliers, water features, and themed elements with professional space planning and installation.

Typical inclusions: concept boards, layout, finish selections, on-site styling, and removal.

In-house fabrication for branded features, custom bars, signage, reveals, and effects such as kabuki drops, confetti, cold sparks, and atmospherics.

Typical inclusions: design/spec, shop drawings as needed, fabrication, finish, delivery, installation, and strike.

One of the largest live-event furniture inventories in the Midwest: soft seating, sectionals, club chairs, ottomans, coffee tables, highboys, and custom bars.

Notes: we do not provide basic banquet tables, standard chairs, or utensils; we can coordinate trusted rental partners when needed.

Velour and voile drape, wall coverings, room partitions, fabric ceilings, entries, and stage surrounds.

Typical inclusions: layout, hardware, installation, and removal.

Stages, stairs, guardrails, ramps, and compliant rigging plans. We coordinate with venue rules and provide COIs.

Typical inclusions: stage configuration, safety rails as required, compliant rigging hardware, and labor.

Indoor LED walls, processors, scenic frames, and projection (projectors, screens, switchers). We size to the room, content, and sightlines and provide playback and show ops.

What affects cost: pixel pitch and size, processing, rigging method, content management, and show duration.

Site visits, power distribution plans, trucking, dock scheduling, lift rentals, and labor coordination are built into the quote as appropriate.

Variables: rush windows, after-hours access, union calls, restricted load-in/out schedules, and venue-specific compliance.

Creative direction, 2D/3D layouts, cue sheets, and showcalling. We collaborate with planners or own the technical production plan end-to-end.

Deliverables may include: floor plans, renderings, content specs, run-of-show, and staffing plans.

What’s typically included: design consultation, gear, delivery, installation, on-site support, strike, and power tie-ins. Not included unless specified: venue fees, permits, or third-party basics (banquet tables, standard chairs, utensils).

Notes: Landers Visions handles all power tie-ins, schedules additional labor when needed, and charges sales tax only in Kansas. We take care of all other taxes internally.
